The government work report proposes to continue promoting the "AI+" action, better combining digital technology with manufacturing and market advantages, supporting the widespread application of large models, promoting the development of new quality productivity through the "AI+" action, promoting the integrated development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and stimulating the innovation vitality of the digital economy.

As the continuation and upgrade of "Internet + energy", "AI+energy" will be subversive. In the future, from units, equipment, systems, stations to power grids, AI agents will be the core and ubiquitous in the energy and power system. Based on the chips, basic software and advanced applications of the intelligent secondary system, and changing the architecture, functions and interaction methods of the primary system, it is expected to solve the classic problems that have plagued the energy and power system for many years, and fully realize the internal and external intelligence and new user experience.

Continuing the idea of "energy information infrastructure integration" of the energy Internet, the future infrastructure development will show a trend of "integration of computing and energy". The progress of new energy, new energy storage and other technologies will provide green and low-carbon support for the construction of infrastructure such as AI intelligent computing centers. As a large-scale load and adjustable resource, intelligent computing centers will also deeply participate in the consumption of new energy and the operation of new power systems. In addition, it is of great practical significance to make up for the shortcomings of AI computing technology with the advantages of China's energy industry.

The theme of this summit is "AI+Energy - Empowering New Power Systems and High Quality Development of Low Altitude Economy", focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as DeepSeek, big models, algorithms, and computing power, providing a platform for top-level design and technical path exchange and discussion for technological innovation in the new energy industry. Combining policy documents such as the national "Artificial Intelligence+" initiative, the "Three Year Action Plan for Data Elements X (2024-2026)", and the "Guidelines for the Construction of the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Comprehensive Standardization System (2024 Edition)", we will organize professionals from various fields such as government, industry, academia, research, application, experts, entrepreneurs, etc. to deeply explore the application and innovation of AI technology in the field of energy and power from the perspectives of policy, planning, theory, scientific research, technology, standards, and application.
