How to submit: Login “Exhibitor Login”, enter the contract No. and password.
For any question, please call us or contact our Manager who is in charge of contact with your company for
the booth reservation matter.
The Lead Retrieval is a barcode scanner with memory, which enables you to encode each visit with your own marketing codes to record their product interests and your necessary follow up.
The Lead Retrieval scanners save time for name card collection and information input, avoiding issues caused by name card lost.
Please contact Ms An (anliyuan@eastfair.com) if you would like to purchase a scanner before the show.
The final database will be sent you in 10 days after show through email.

◆ We suggest exhibitors pay before the show ( bank transfer, see above), as only cash or Wechat payment is accepted onsite.
◆ Lead Retrieval can be collected at the registration counter. We would give you a short briefing during the collection time. The Lead Retrieval will be delivered to you from 12:00 pm to 18:00 pm on June 12, 2024. The Lead Retrieval has to be returned at 13:30 on June 15, 2024.
