The closing time of SNEC (2025) EXPO is 14:00 on June 13, 2025 . Exhibits move-out before this time is not allowed.
2. All exhibitors and contractors must obey the time schedule set by the Organizing Committee. Exhibitors are required to inform the Organizing Committee of any overtime work before 14:00 each day during stand construction time and pay the overtime fees in cash. Overdue application will be charged an addition 50% late fee.
3. Exhibitors of raw space booths should submit the application materials and booth design drawings to the Organizing Committee for the approval by the Expo Center and Fire Security Department from April 1 to May 12, 2025. Single-storey stand at a height exceeding 4.5m, Two-storey, multi-storey and outdoor stands will go through drawing review by the Expo Center before May 12, 2025. Overdue application will be charged an addition 50% late fee. A space of 50cm should be left between panels and wall. Exhibitors and contractors of single-storey booths must have no structure in their stand fitting higher than 4.5 meters, the vertical orthogonal projection can not exceed the scope of reserved area and two-storey stand can not exceed 6 meters in height.
1). The hight limit of indoor single-story booth is 6m, hight limit of indoor two-story booth is 7m. All indoor & outdoor booths (including single-storey, two-storey booths) with height of or above 4.5m must be reviewed and approved by the Expo Center.
It is suggested the design height of single-storey booth to be under 4.3m in case the actual booth height exceeds 4.5m. ※ The construction area of the second floor booth shall not exceed 50% of the entire booth area. For two-storey booths with a suspended structure less than 1\4 of total booth space , the charge of Design Drawing Review will also include single-storey area that exceeds 4.5m in height (see Form 3A for rates). The exhibitor shall be responsible for any delay thus caused.
2). All booth structure (including light, TV, etc.) shall be within the rented booth space and shall not block fire escape. The organizer has the right to request the exhibitor to eshape the booth.
If the structure of a back-to-back booth is higher than that of the booth of the other party, the higher structure constructor shall beautify the height-based structure; if the constructor refuses to beautify it, the Organizers have the right to take measures for compulsory enforcement. All resulting costs and responsibilities shall be solely borne by the constructor entrusted by the exhibitor of the booth.
3). Requirements for special permeability: The booth of the main channel must ensure that one face near the main channel is not covered, and the proportion of the construction structure shall not exceed the depth of the booth is 50%. Among them, the construction structure refers to the structure of the booth that can block the line of sight, but does not include the movable items placed in the exhibition rack, glass cabinets and exhibits. The proportion of the building structure to the depth of the booth refers to the lateral width of the structure that can block the visual surface of the main channel and the width of the visual surface of the main channel. The transparent glass part of the building structure is regarded as fully transparent. The width of a single grille or single glass frosted strip is less than 30CM, and the grille or glass frosted strip interval is more than 20CM, the whole frosted glass or grille structure is regarded as fully transparent. The main channel booth is adjacent to the fire wall, exhibition hall wall, no booth or functional area, and the adjacent side of the booth part does not require the permeability rate. The main structure of the second floor of the booth is not permeable rate requirements. The joint exhibition booth of the main channel is recommended to refer to the above permeability rate requirements according to the exhibition area. If the organizer considers that the back side plate or other structure of the booth blocks the adjacent booth, it shall have the right to request the exhibitor to adjust the construction plan to meet the requirements, and the relevant expenses shall be borne by the exhibitor..
4). No promotional materials shall be hung or pasted on the columns or walls of the venue.If there is a venue structure column in a booth, the beautification height of the structure column shall not be higher than the height of the booth, and fixed facilities on the structure column, such as manual fire alarms, shall be exposed.
5). Exhibits and exhibition equipment shall not overstep the boundaries of booths or occupy public area.
6). No objects shall be stacked on wires or circuit boxes; objects, materials and others inside the booths shall be properly kept in accordance with regulations and at a safe distance from wires and other dangerous objects.
7). If contractors violate the regulations and have no ability to revise the booth, they will be fined RMB 500/notice and the resetting work will be dealt with by the official stand contractors at exhibitor’s own expense. The fee will be deducted from the deposit.
4. When you set up your booth after the booth construction and exhibits move-in, please pay close attention to our fire and safety regulations. All construction and decoration material must be fireproof. Elastic cloth is prohibited. Moving, blocking and damaging fire protection equipment is prohibited.
5. Registration of Booth Contractor: booth contractors are requested to register at organizer's office (Add: RM905-907 No 425 Yishan Rd, Xuhui District, Shanghai 200235, PRC) during May 12 to June 6, 2025. Contractors should settle deposit, construction management fee, additional furniture rental fee, facility rental fee, drawing review fee, etc.
6. Rental of utilities:
1). Any application for renting supporting utilities shall be submitted to the official constructor before May 12, 2025. In order to ensure electrical safety and prevent the risk of electrical fire, the service provider will lease electricity boxes with power monitors and complete assembly and disassembly (i.e. electricity boxes are not necessary to be taken by booth constructors). 2). The exhibitor shall specify the type of electricity box (lighting box or power box) in the application. The application for renting power box shall be submitted to the organizer before May 20, 2025. For more information, please refer to Form 8: Application for Removal of Distribution Box Leakage Protector.
3). Every booth shall have its power switched off at the end of each day’s exhibition. Exhibitors shall bear all losses and liabilities caused by failure to do so.
4). Any application for 24-hour uninterrupted power supply shall be submitted to the Organizer before May 30, 2025. For more information, please refer to Form 16: Application for 24-hour Power Supply.
5). Any application for advance power supply and adjustment at the booth shall be submitted to the organizer before May 30, 2025. For more information, please refer to Form 17A: Application for Advance Power Supply.
7. Hoisting Point is ONLY open to indoor raw space over 180 sqm. No lifting points are provided for 1.1H、1.2H、2.1H、2.2H、3H、4.2H. Any application for lifting point service shall be submitted to the organizer before May 12, 2025 . And the initial review materials (electronic edition) are also required.
8. Company name for booth header board (standard booth only): please confirm your company name for booth header board by using the "on-line service centre" before May 20, 2025.
9. Furniture/facility renting: please confirm your order by using the "on-line service centre" before May 20, 2025. Overdue application will be charged an addition 50% late fee.
10. Exhibit shipment: please contact the official freight forwarders.
11. Badges pre-ordering: booth contractors have to pre-order Contractor Badge through the real-name authentication under the unified registration, checking, photos, production, and management of the Expo Center. Contractors could bring the Receipt of Deposit to the Badge Centre of Exhibition Hall 10 days before the show to order badges.
Exhibitors could pre-order their badges by using the "on-line service centre". Find the Exhibitors Registration and complete real-name authentication, the organizer will send the badges to exhibitor by courier. Overseas exhibitors can pick up the badges onsiteupon arrival.
12. Special requests: please contact the Organizing Committee before May 12, 2025 for special requests such as overweight exhibits and combining standard booths.
13.The due date of exhibition service fee is May 20, 2025. Exhibitors and contractors must make sure to settle payment before deadline. Additional 30% fee will be charged if overdue (except for Deposit and Furniture). If the venue is charging an extra 50% for urgent handling, additional 30% fee will be charged if overdue .Credit card payment for construction deposit will not be accepted. Overseas RMB remittance will not be accepted.
