2nd Summit on AI + Energy Digitalization for the Construction of New Power Systems and Low Altitude Economy

Date:   11 June 2025

Room: Function Room 9, InterContinental Shanghai Hongqiao

Time:  13:30-18:00

Currently, the groundbreaking development of AI technology is profoundly changing the global industrial landscape. In 2024, the government officially proposed the "AI+" initiative, marking a new stage of deep integration between AI technology and various industries. As the continuation and upgrading of "Internet+Energy", "AI+Energy" has richer connotation and more far-reaching impact, which will bring disruptive changes to the energy and power industry.

AI technology will deeply empower the energy and power industry, from equipment, units, systems, plants to the power grid, AI intelligent agents will become the core driving force, ubiquitous. The secondary system chip, basic software, and advanced applications based on intelligent agent reconstruction will completely change the architecture, functionality, and interaction mode of the primary system, solve the classic problems faced by the energy and power system for a long time, achieve comprehensive intelligence from the inside out, and bring users a new experience. Continuing the idea of "Energy Information Infrastructure Integration" of the energy Internet, the future infrastructure development will show a trend of "Integration of Computing and Energy". The progress of new energy, new energy storage and other technologies will provide green and low-carbon support for the construction of infrastructure such as AI intelligent computing centers. As a large-scale load and adjustable resource, intelligent computing centers will also deeply participate in the consumption of new energy and the operation of new power systems. In addition, it is of great practical significance to make up for the shortcomings of AI computing technology with the advantages of China's energy industry.

With the theme of "AI+Energy Empowering New Power Systems and High Quality Development of Low altitude Economy", the summit will focus on cutting-edge technologies such as DeepSeek, big models, algorithms, and computing power, providing a platform for top-level design and technical path exchange and discussion for technological innovation in the new energy industry. Combining policy documents such as the national "AI+" initiative, the "Three Year Action Plan for Data Elements X (2024-2026)", and the "Guidelines for the Construction of the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Comprehensive Standardization System (2024 Edition)", we will organize professionals from various fields such as government, industry, academia, research, application, experts, entrepreneurs, etc. to deeply explore the application and innovation of AI technology in the field of energy and power from the perspectives of policy, planning, theory, scientific research, technology, standards, and application. At the same time, given that the low altitude economy is a new engine for global economic development and an important component of China's national strategy, the summit will pay special attention to the coordinated development of AI and new energy in the low altitude economy.
